  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period

Refund Eligibility

  • Technical issues that severely impact service usage and cannot be resolved within 72 hours
  • Incorrect or duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours
